Not more than 32 Years as on 1st January, 2016 for ordinary Medical Graduates and 40 Years for those possessing Post Graduate qualifications, relaxable for 2 years for otherwise well qualified and experienced candidates.

₹ 15600/- - ₹ 42000/- , [ PB 4A , Grade Pay - ₹ 5400/- ]. NPP & other allowances will also be admissible as per Government order in force

Essential Qualifications:

(1) Medical qualifications included in the First or Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 and
(2) Registration as Medical Practitioner in the Medical council of India or any state Medical Council provided that the candidates, if selected and appointed, must Register their name in the West Bengal Medical Council within Six months of joining the West Bengal Health Service.

Application Fee: The Candidates must submit the application fee amounting to ₹ 210/- through Bank Counter in any branch of Banks participating in the GRIPS (Govt. Receipt Portal System), Govt. of West Bengal through duplicate challan, as generated after filling up the online application Form or through Net-Banking. Govt. High Court of Hyderabad Recruitment 2017 Law Clerks

High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh invites applications for the post of Law Clerks on contract basis for a period of 01 Year, to assist the Hon'ble Judges of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad as per the guidelines framed by the High Court Judicature at Hyderabad and which are notified in G.O.Ms.No.45, Law (LA, LA &J-Home Courts.B) Department, dated 15.06.2017, by the State Government of Telangana and Gazette Notification No. 13, dated 20.03.2017 issued by the State Government of Andhra Pradesh. The last date for receipt of applications is 4th August 2017.

30 Years as on 1st January / 1st July, preceding the last date fixed for submission of applications.

Educational Qualification:

(1) Candidate should have acquired a Degree in Law from a recognized University, having studied a 05 Year regular stream after completion of 10+2 Years of Schooling.
(2) The candidate should have passed the Degree in Law within 02 years immediately preceding the date of notification for selection of Law Clerks.
(3) The candidate should not be pursuring any other course of study or pursuing any other profession or occupation, which may require them to be away from their place of work during the period of their engagement as Law Clerk.
(4) The candidate should not have enrolled as an Advocate in any of the state bar councils.

Selection Process:

(1) Eligible Candidates will have to appear for Viva Voce at Hyderabad at their own expenses on the date, time and venue to be intimated to them.
(2) The selection shall be made by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice or a committee nominated by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
(3) The Selection shall be based on merit and the list of candidates selected by the Hon'ble Committee, shall be subject to the approval of the Hon'ble the Chief Justice.

How to Apply: The duly filled in applications (Prescribed format) should be sent to the Registrar General, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, along with copies of relevant documents in proof of age, category and educational qualifications, in registered post with acknowledgement due, super scribed on it as “Application for the post of Law Clerks” on or before 04/08/2017 up to 5:00 PM.
