Educational Qualifications:

DEPUTY DIRECTOR -> Officers holding analogous post in the pay band -III with grade pay of Rs. 6600/- in the scale of Rs. 15600-39100  in Central/ State Govts. Or Central/State autonomous /statutory educational organizations on regular basis having experience in Educational Administration /Personnel and Establishment matters. (OR) Officers working in pay band 3 with grade pay of Rs. 5400/- with five years of regular service. Possessing Bachelor's degree from a recognized University.

ACCOUNTS AND AUDIT OFFICER -> Officers working in the analogous pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/- on regular basis in Central/ State Govt, or Central/ State autonomous/ statutory organizations having one year's experience in Accounts& Audit Matters. (OR) Officers working  in the pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/- on regular basis in Central/State Govt, or Central/ State autonomous/ statutory organizations having two years of experience in a supervisory capacity, out of which at least one year in Accounts & Audit matters /Administration.

DEPUTY EDUCATION OFFICER -> Master's Degree in one of the subjects taught in CTSA Schools with 50% marks from a Recognized University. B.Ed. from a recognized University. Persons holding the post of PGT/Headmaster(M.S) in the school run by Central / State Govt./ Central/ State Autonomous Bodies/ Defence establishment etc. with at least 5 years' experience in the pay scale of Rs. 6500-10500 (Pre-revised).

ASSISTANT -> Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University. Candidates having at least seven years' experience as UDCs in the pay scale of Rs. 5200-20200 with GP of Rs. 2400/- or analogues post in Central / State Govt./ Central State Autonomous/ statutory organization or reputed private organization.

STENOGRAPHER GRADE 'C' -> Graduate degree from a recognized University. Dictation 10 mts @100 w.p.m Trans : 40 mts (English) 55 mts (Hindi). Working knowledge of computers programmes such as Windows, MS office, Fox base/Fox Pro, Unix and use of internet. 05 years' experience as Stenographer grade 'D" in Central / State Govt./ Central State Autonomous / statutory organization or reputed private organizations.

STENOGRAPHER GRADE 'D' -> Graduate degree from a recognized University. Dictation 10 mts @ 80 w.p.m Trans : 50 mts (English) 65 mts (Hindi). Working knowledge of computers programmes such as Windows, MS office, and use of internet.

UPPER DIVISIONAL CLERK -> Bachelor's degree from a recognized University. Five years' experience as LDC or equivalent grades in Central/ State Govt./ Central State Autonomous/statutory organization or reputed private organizations.

Driver -> Matric with Senior Secondary from a recognized Board. Possession of a valid commercial driving license for light motor vehicle (LMV). Knowledge of traffic rules and capable to carry out minor repairs and maintenance.

Staff Nurse -> Secondary School Exam (Class X) or equivalent from any recognized Board. Grade 'A' 3 years Diploma/ Certificate in Nursing from a recognized Institute.

Warden / Matron -> Sr. Secondary Exam (Class XII) passed from recognized Board having good knowledge of Tibetan culture.

LDC -> Sr. Secondary or equivalent from any recognized Board. With Science Subject. Minimum speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi or computer corresponding to 10500KDPH/9000KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word for a test of 10 minutes. Knowledge of computer operations.

Lab Attendant -> Senior Secondary With Science Subject.
