Age Limit (as on 30.04.2026): Maximum 30 years for UR/EWS category. Age relaxation: 03 years for OBC (NCL), 05 years for SC/ST, 10/13/15 years for PwBD (UR/OBC/SC-ST), and as per GoI guidelines for Ex-Servicemen.

Qualification & Experience: Discipline-wise minimum qualification as under (with minimum 60% marks except for specified posts):
• Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering / Electronics & Telecommunication: Degree in relevant branch of Engineering.
• System: 1st Class BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Computer Science/IT or 1st Class Degree with MCA.
• Geology: M.Sc./M.Tech in Geology/Applied Geology/Geophysics/Applied Geophysics.
• Rajbhasha (Hindi): MA in Hindi with 60% marks + Graduation with Hindi & English as main subjects (50% marks).
• Company Secretary: Graduate + Associate/Fellow membership of ICSI (preference to listed company experience).

Computer Based Test (CBT) - The Computer Based Online Test will be conducted for 3 hours and include Paper-I and Paper-II with 100 marks each. Paper-I covers General Knowledge, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, and English, while Paper-II tests discipline-related professional knowledge through MCQs. Each question carries 1 mark with no negative marking. The exam will be available in English and Hindi.
