✅ EPI Manager Vacancy 2026 Post-wise Eligibility Criteria:

1. Manager Gr.-II-Finance (E-2) – 02 Posts (UR-01, OBC-01)
• Qualification: CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) with minimum 55% marks in graduation
• Experience: Minimum 04 years post-qualification experience. Gross remuneration in last/current organization should not be less than ₹4,80,000/- per annum
• Required Experience: Managing fund/cash flow, bank reconciliation, finalization & maintenance of accounts as per Companies Act 2013 & accounting standards, Direct & Indirect taxation (GST, PF, ESI, Labour Cess), preparation of accounting vouchers, vendor/contractor bills, MIS reports, financial statements, budget monitoring, audit handling, liaison with Banks, Statutory Bodies, Tax Authorities & Ministries. Working knowledge of ERP (SAP/Tally) preferred, SAP FI Module desirable.
• Age Limit: 35 years (as on last date of application)

2. Manager Gr.I-Legal (E-3) – 01 Post (UR-01)
• Qualification: LLB / 5 years integrated LLB with minimum 55% marks
• Experience: Minimum 06 years post-qualification experience. Gross remuneration in last/current organization should not be less than ₹6,00,000/- per annum
• Required Experience: Handling litigation, contract vetting, arbitration, legal compliance, service matters and legal advisory.
• Age Limit: 37 years (as on last date of application)

3. Senior Manager-Legal (E-4) – 01 Post (UR-01)
• Qualification: LLB / 5 years integrated LLB with minimum 55% marks
• Experience: Minimum 09 years post-qualification experience. Gross remuneration in last/current organization should not be less than ₹7,20,000/- per annum
• Required Experience: Litigation, arbitration, contract management, legal advisory, service matters and legal compliance.
• Age Limit: 42 years (as on last date of application)
Note: Teaching/training/consultancy/freelancing experience shall not be treated as relevant experience. Qualifications must be recognized by AICTE/UGC or other statutory authorities.
