✅ IBPS CSA Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification (as on 21.08.2026): A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/she is a graduate on the day of registration.
- Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory. Candidates should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/Language or should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute.
- Local Language Proficiency: Candidates applying for vacancies of a particular State/UT must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking and understanding the specified/opted local language of that State/UT.
- Age Limit (as on 01.08.2026): Minimum 20 years and Maximum 28 years (A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1998 and not later than 01.08.2006 – both dates inclusive).
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years, and other categories as per Government of India rules.

- Pay Scale: ₹24,050 – 1,340/3 – 28,070 – 1,650/3 – 33,020 – 2,000/4 – 41,020 – 2,340/7 – 57,400 – 4,400/1 – 61,800 – 2,680/1 – 64,480
- In-hand salary of an IBPS CSA (Clerk) is approximately ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month after including DA, HRA, Special Allowance and other benefits (varies as per posting location).
