Specialists for IT: 04 years B.E. / B.Tech Engineering Graduate in Computer Science / Computer Applications/ Information Technology / Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunications / Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation (OR) Post Graduate Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Tele Communication / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation / Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Applications (OR) Graduate having passed DOEACC ‘B’ level.
Specialists for MSME: Graduate in any discipline + Professional qualifications viz. CAIIB / Certification in Credit. (OR) MBA or CA / CWA / ICWA.
Specialists for Risk Management: Engineering graduate or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Environmental Science / Geography (AND / OR) MBA.
Specialist for Digital Marketing: MBA (or equivalent PG Degree / Diploma) in Marketing.

Deputy Vice President: Minimum 7 years of Post Qualification work experience.
Assistant Vice President: Minimum 5 years of Post Qualification work experience.
