✅ TMB Recruitment 2024 Age Limit:
For Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Minimum 45 years and Maximum 55 years as on 31/03/2024.
For General Manager (Treasury): Minimum 50 years and Maximum 62 years as on 30/06/2024.
✅ TMB Recruitment 2024 Salary (Remuneration):
For Chief Financial Officer (CFO): As applicable to Scale VII officer (under new pay structure).
For General Manager (Treasury): Remuneration will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
✅ TMB Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria:
For Chief Financial Officer (CFO):
(1) Graduate in any discipline and Chartered Accountant by Qualification.
(2) 15 years of experience in overseeing financial operations in the Bank, preferably accounting and taxation matters. Work experience at Treasury/ Financial Management/ Risk Management / Credit
Administration will be an added advantage.
For General Manager (Treasury):
(1) Any Graduate/ Post Graduate from a recognized university under regular curriculum.
(2) Certificate in Treasury Management / Certified Treasury Dealer course is desirable.
(3) GM and above in Public/ Private Sector scheduled commercial Banks with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in Treasury & Forex is desirable.
(4) Retired or serving officer in senior management of Bank / financial sector / regulatory board.
(5) Desirable experience of at least 15 years in banking or finance services, out of which it is desirable to have experience in Money market operations, dealing in G-Sec to meet SLR obligations as well as Non-SLR securities, Dealing in Forex operations and in Integrated Treasury Operations.
(6) Skill set / domain knowledge on Banking, Forex, Regulatory norms, IT, forecasting requirements and analytical skills is desirable.
