NPCIL Stipendiary Trainee Salary:
₹ 21,700/- Per Month (Pay Level-3) for both Operator and Maintainer Stipendiary Trainee posts
NPCIL Stipendiary Trainee Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Category II Stipendiary Trainee (ST/TN) Operator: Higher Secondary (10+2 / 12th) Pass with minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects. English Language as one of the subject in SSC level exam.
✔️ Category II Stipendiary Trainee (ST/TN) Maintainer: 10th Class (SSC / Matriculation) Pass with minimum 50% marks in Science and Mathematics subjects (+) 02 years ITI certificate in relevant trade.

NPCIL Executive Trainee Pay Scale:
✔️ Stipend during Training - ₹ 55,000/- per month (One time Book Allowance – ₹ 18,000/-, mandatory Lodging & Boarding– In accommodation as provided by NPCIL)
✔️ After successful training, the employee as appointed as Scientific Officer/ C in Group ‘A’ Pay Level 10 ₹ 56,100/- Pay Matrix.
NPCIL Executive Trainee Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. (Engineering) / 05 years Integrated M.Tech with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.
✔️ The candidates must have a valid GATE 2022 or GATE 2023 or GATE 2024 Score in concerned engineering discipline.
