- General Manager Posts (E-7): Engineering Degree/MBA with 18 years experience in relevant field.
- Finance Posts: CA/CMA for Manager/JM/Accounts Officer; B.Com for Accountant with experience.
- Marketing Posts: MBA/PGDM/Engineering Degree with experience in sales, exports, GeM, market research.
- IT/SAP Specialists: B.E./MCA + specific SAP module experience (FICO, SD, BASIS, PM).
- AI Engineer/Data Scientist: B.Tech/M.Tech in CS/IT/AI with 3 years AI/ML experience.
- Design & Development: B.E. (Electronics/Mech) with design/R&D experience.
- Medical/Rehab Posts: Bachelor in Prosthetics & Orthotics / Audiology with CRR registration & experience.
