Educational Qualification:

Senior Psychiatrist

(i) A recognised Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Post-graduate degree in the speciality concerned. (iii) 3 years work in a responsible position connected with their speciality after post-graduation degree. (iv) Knowledge of Konkani.

Medical Officer

(i) A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should fulfill the conditions stipulated in Section 18 (3) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 or a degree of Goa Medical School (Medico- Cirurgiao). (ii) Completion of compulsory rotating internship. (iii) Knowledge of Konkani.

Statistical Officer

(i) Master’s Degree in Science with Statistics/ Operation Research or Master’s Degree in Mathematics/ Economics/ Commerce (with Statistics)/ Business Administration/ Computer Application with Statistics as one of the subject of a recognised University or equivalent. (ii) Three years experience in collection, compilation, analysis and interpretation of statistical data in any recognised Central or State Government Organisations/ Research Projects/ Educational Institutions/ Research Organisations. (iii) Knowledge of Konkani.

Assistant Professor in Architecture

(i) Bachelors and Masters Degree in Architecture with First Class or equivalent, either in Bachelors or Masters Degree. (ii) Knowledge
of Konkani.

Assistant Professor in Fine Art (Painting)

(i) Bachelors and Masters Degree in appropriate branch of Fine Art (Painting and Sculpture) or equivalent with First Class or equivalent either in Bachelors or Masters Degree. (ii) Knowledge of Konkani.

Child Development Project Officer/ Social Welfare Officer

(i) Master’s degree in Social Service/ Social Welfare/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Psychology/ Home Science with Nutrition or Child development as a subject from a recognised University or equivalent. OR Degree in Social Service/ Social Welfare/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Psychology/ Home Science with Nutrition or Child development as a subject from a recognised University or equivalent, with 2 years experience in social work in any Social Welfare Organisation. (ii) Knowledge of Konkani.

Assistant Director (Welfare of the Differently Abled)

(i) Master’s Degree in Social Service or Social Welfare or Social Work or Sociology or Psychology from a recognized University or equivalent. (ii) 5 years experience in Social Work in any Government recognized Social Welfare Organization. (iii) Knowledge of Konkani.

Veterinary Officer

(i) Recognised Veterinary qualification included in the First or Second Schedule to the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984 (Central Act 52 of 1984) and registered with a Goa State Veterinary Council. (ii) Knowledge of Konkani.

Junior Scale Officer of Goa Civil Service

(i) Educational Qualification: He/She must hold a degree from an University established by an Act of Parliament or any State
Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed University, under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 (Central Act 3 of 1956) or a foreign University as may be approved by the Central Government from time to time, or possess a qualification which has been recognized by the State/Central Government for the purpose of admission to the examination. (ii) Knowledge of Konkani.

Selection Process: Competitive Written Examination and Oral Interview.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

Assistant Professor in Plastic Surgery: Post Graduate or equivalent degree in the concerned super-speciality or equivalent. Minimum 01 year teaching and / or research experience in a recognized Medical College/ Teaching Institution in the subject of super-speciality after obtaining the qualifying degree of Doctorate of Medicine (D.M.)/ Master of Chirurgiae (M.Ch.).

Junior Consultants: Post Graduate in concerned medical speciality, failing which post-graduate diploma. Knowledge of Konkani.

Agriculture Officer: Post Graduate degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture. Minimum 02 years concerned experience. Knowledge of Konkani.

Assistant Agriculture Officer: Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture/Horticulture from an Agricultural University recognised by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research. Knowledge of Konkani.

Deputy Town Planner: Degree in Regional/ Town Planning or equivalent. 2 years experience in a Planning or architectural office. Knowledge of Konkani.

Drugs Inspector: Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences or Medicines with specialization in Clinical Pharmacology or Microbiology. Minimum 18 months experience.

Principal: Bachelors and Masters Degree in appropriate branch of Fine Art (Applied Art, Painting and Sculpture) or equivalent with First Class or equivalent either in Bachelors or Masters Degree. Ph. D or equivalent in appropriate discipline.
