✔️ Age Limit (as on 13.07.2025):
✔️ Junior Program Manager: Preferably below 40 years
✔️ Professional Assistant, Junior Assistant Grade I, Junior Assistant, Junior Executive Grade I: Preferably below 35 years
✔️ Junior Executive: Preferably below 30 years
✔️ No age limit for departmental candidates.

✔️ Educational Qualifications & Experience:
Junior Program Manager:
(1) Post-Graduation in any discipline with minimum 60% marks.
(2) Desirable: PGDM/MBA, proficiency in MS Windows & MS Office.
(3) 5 years’ experience in Academic Administration, online Executive Education, Project Coordination, or Hospitality Industry, including 3 years independently handling academics/training functions (minimum Level 5 or equivalent). Preference for experience in IIMs/IITs.
Professional Assistant:
(1) Master’s Degree in Library & Information Science with 2 years’ experience in relevant field OR Bachelor’s Degree in Library/Library & Information Science with 3 years’ experience in University/Research Establishment/Central/State Govt./PSU/Autonomous Institutions.
(2) Proficiency in computer applications.
Junior Assistant Grade I:
(1) Graduation/Post-Graduation in any discipline with minimum 55% marks.
(2) 5 years’ secretarial experience in office work in Govt./reputed private organizations (minimum Level 4 or equivalent).
(3) Strong communication and MS Office skills.
(4) Preference for experience in centrally funded institutions or IIMs/IITs/IISERs/NITs.
Junior Assistant:
(1) Graduation/Post-Graduation in any discipline with minimum 55% marks.
(2) 5 years’ office clerical experience in Pay Level-3 OR 8 years in Pay Level-2 or equivalent.
(3) Preference for experience in IIMs/IITs.
Junior Executive Grade I:
(1) Graduation/Post-Graduation in any discipline with minimum 55% marks.
(2) 2 years’ experience in Pay Level-2 OR 3 years combined in Pay Level-1 and Pay Level-2 or equivalent.
Junior Executive:
(1) Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks.
(2) 1 year’s experience in Administration/Accounts/Purchase/Stores/Academic Affairs.
(3) Proficiency in computer operations.

✔️ Shortlisting based on qualifications and experience (maximum 5 candidates per post).
✔️ Written Test, Skill Test, and/or Interview as deemed appropriate by the Institute.
✔️ Document verification at the time of interview.
