✔️ Graduate Engineer Trainee: ₹50,000/- per month
✔️ Associate Cabin Crew: ₹95,000 – ₹1,65,000/- per month
✔️ Associate Flight Engineer: ₹2,00,000 – ₹3,50,000/- per month
✔️ Manager (FOQA): ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000/- per month
✔️ General Manager (Engineering): ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,60,000/- per month
✅ Pawan Hans Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Age Limit:
✔️ Graduate Engineer Trainee: Maximum 28 years
✔️ Manager (FOQA): Maximum 40 years
✔️ General Manager (Engineering): Maximum 50 years
✔️ Associate Cabin Crew & Associate Flight Engineer: As per DGCA norms
✔️ Educational Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate Engineer Trainee:
(1) BE/B.Tech or equivalent in relevant discipline.
(2) Valid GATE Score.
Associate Cabin Crew:
(1) DGCA-approved Cabin Crew OR Ex-IAF Gunner/Load Masters with experience on PHL-type helicopters (Mi-Series, 20+ seats).
(2) Minimum 500 hours flight experience.
(3) No accident/incident blame-worthiness record in the last 3 years.
Associate Flight Engineer:
(1) 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics.
(2) Medically fit as per DGCA Class 1 Medical.
(3) Valid Flight Engineer’s License on MI-172 helicopter with 1000 hours experience OR Defense Personnel trained on MI-Series with 1500 hours experience.
Manager (FOQA):
(1) Helicopter Pilot/Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with flight safety experience OR BE/B.Tech in Aeronautical/Aerospace/Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Science/IT/Instrumentation/Electronics & Communication or equivalent.
(2) Minimum 3 years experience.
General Manager (Engineering):
(1) MBA with BE/B.Tech in Aeronautical/Mechanical/Civil/Electrical OR M.Tech or equivalent.
(2) 15 years experience.
