✔️ Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), 5 years for PwD (over and above SC/ST/OBC relaxation), 5 years for J&K domiciles (1980–1989), as per GoI norms.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
Addl. General Manager (E-6): Engineering Degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Cement Technology or equivalent, or M.Sc. (Chemistry/Materials Science). 16 years’ experience, including 2 years in E-4 scale (₹70,000–₹2,00,000) with CTC ≥ ₹14.83 Lakh p.a.
Dy. General Manager (E-5): Engineering Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Materials Management. 14 years’ experience, including 2 years in E-3 scale (₹60,000–₹1,80,000) with CTC ≥ ₹12.71 Lakh p.a.
Sr. Manager (E-4): Engineering Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation. 12 years’ experience, including 2 years in E-2 scale (₹50,000–₹1,60,000) with CTC ≥ ₹10.59 Lakh p.a.
Dy. Manager (E-2): Engineering Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation. 5 years’ experience, including 2 years in E-0 scale (₹30,000–₹1,20,000) with CTC ≥ ₹6.36 Lakh p.a.
Engineer (E-1): Engineering Degree in Electrical/Instrumentation/Mining with First/Second Class Manager’s Certificate (MMR-1961) for Mining. 2 years’ experience with CTC ≥ ₹6.14 Lakh p.a.
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Interview for shortlisted candidates; Written Test/Group Discussion if needed.
✔️ Document verification and medical examination by CCI’s medical officer.
✔️ Sleeper class train fare for interview (distance >50 km, shortest route).
✔️ Original documents required at interview.
