✅ JPSC Assistant Public Prosecutor Selection Process:
✔️ Preliminary Examination (objective type).
✔️ Main Examination (written and interview):
- Paper I: General Hindi (100 marks, qualifying, 30% minimum)
- Paper II: English (100 marks, qualifying, 30% minimum)
- Paper III: Essay (100 marks, 2 sections: Law & General)
- Paper IV: General Studies (100 marks)
- Paper V: Criminal Procedure & Evidence (200 marks)
- Paper VI: Indian Penal Code (200 marks)
- Paper VII: Indian Contract Law (200 marks)
- Paper VIII: Criminal Minor Acts (200 marks, 3 groups)
- Interview: 50 marks
✔️ Minimum qualifying marks: 40% (General/EWS), 36.5% (BC), 34% (BC-I), 32% (SC/ST/PwD), 30% (Primitive Tribes).
✔️ Final merit based on Main Exam (excluding Hindi/English) and interview marks.
✅ JPSC Assistant Public Prosecutor Application Fee:
✔️ ₹ 600/- + bank charges for Unreserved/EWS/BC-I/BC-II candidates.
✔️ ₹ 150/- + bank charges for Jharkhand SC/ST candidates.
✔️ No fee for PwD candidates (≥40% disability) with valid certificate.
