Essential Qualification and Experience:
Assistant Engineer ->
(1) Full-time Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with 60% marks.
(2) Minimum three years of post qualification experience.
Junior Engineer ->
(1) Full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering with 60% marks.
(2) Minimum two years of post qualification experience.
Upper Divisional Clerk ->
(1) Full-Time Graduate Degree with 60% marks from a recognised institution;
(2) Good knowledge of computer and internet;
(3) English Typig-40 words per minute and Hindi Typing-30 words per minute.
(4) Must have two years of post qualification experience.
Upper Divisional Clerk (Accounts) ->
(1) Full Time Post Graduate Degree in Commerce with 55% marks from a recognized Institution;
(2) Knowledge of government accounting.
(3) Good knowledge of computer, internet and financial software (Tally).
(4) English Typing-40 words per minute and Hindi Typing-30 words per minute.
(5) Must have two years of post qualification work experience at the recognized organization.
Law Officer ->
(1) Full-Time Graduate Law Degree with 60% marks from a recognised institute/ University.
(2) Must have three years of experience as an advocate with any Court of India after registration with Bar Council, (OR) Three years of working experience as an advocate with any law firm.
Personal Assistant ->
(1) Full-Time Post Graduate Degree with 55% marks from a recognised Institution;
(2) Good knowledge of computer and internet;
(3) English Typing-40 words per minute and Hindi Typing-30 words per minute;
(4) Must have three years of post qualification experience.
Assistant ->
(1) Full Time Post Graduate Degree with 55% marks from a recognised Institute/ University;
(2) Good knowledge of computer and internet;
(3) English Typing-40 words per minute and Hindi Typing-30 words per minute;
(4) Must have three years of post qualification experience.
Accounts Assistant ->
(1) Full Time Post Graduate Degree in Commerce with 55% marks from a recognised Institution;

(4) English Typing-40 words per minute and Hindi typing-30 words per minute;
(5) Must have two years of post qualification experience as a cashier with recognized organizatiaon.
Application Fee: The applicants shall have to submit a Demand Draft (DD) of ₹ 750/- in Favor of "Jharkhand State Housing Board" Payable at Ranchi.
