Educational Qualification & Experience:

Fodder Agronomist -> Post Graduate degree in Agriculture or Agronomy from a recognized University or B.Sc. in Botany or Zoology or Chemistry and M.Sc. in Dairying with Forage Production as a subject from a recognized University. Three years' experience in Planning and organization of Fodder Farming or Research or extension work in Fodder Production.

Scientists SB (Mechanical) -> Master's degree in Physics (Pure/Applied) or degree in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent. Three years' experience in testing of engineering materials/products or in preci¬sion measurements/metrology in a recognized laboratory or Institute.

Specialists -> A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of education¬al qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section(3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Post Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or Super-specialty mentioned in Section-Aof Schedule VI i.e. Doctor of Medicine(Medicine) or Doctor of Medicine (General Medicine). At least three years' teaching experience as Senior Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar in the concerned Specialty or Super-specialty in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first Post Graduate degree.

Associate Biochemist -> M.Sc. Degree in Biochemistry or Microbiology or Organic Chemistry of a recognized University. Two years' research experience in the field of Biochemistry.

Lecturers-Cum-Junior Research Officers -> Master's degree in Linguistics from a recognized University or equivalent. (ii) Proficiency in any Indian Language included in the eighth schedule of the constitution as a subject at the secondary school level. Two years' experience of teaching/ research.

Lecturers (Bengali / Marathi / Punjabi / Malayalam / Oriya) -> Master's degree in Linguistics or Bengali from a recognized University or equivalent. Proficiency in Bengali Language as a subject at the secondary school level in case of Master of Arts in Linguistics. Two years' experience of teaching/ research.

Assistant Legislative Counsel (Assamese / Oriya / Punjabi) -> Master's degree in Law (LLM) from a University established or incorporated by or under a Central Act; a Provincial Act or a State Act or any institution for higher education deemed to be a University by the Central Government or any other institution or foreign University approved by the Central Government; and Should have been a member of State Judicial Service for a period of five years; Or Should have held a post in the Legal Department of a State Government for five years; Or Should have been a Central Government Servant who has had experience in Legal Affairs for five years; Or Should have been a qualified legal practitioner who has practiced as such for five years; Or Should have been a teacher of Law for five years in a recognized Institution; Or Should have five years' experience of translation into Assamese Language of statutes, statutory rules and orders in Central Government or State Government; Or Should have five years.
