Qualification and Experience:
Field Officer (Consultancy: Marketing) ->
(1) Essential - Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgical/Production/Computer Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent.
(2) Desirable - Degree/Diploma in Business Management. Experience: (a) Essential: No experience for degree holders and 3 years experience for diploma holders in marketing of engineering products/service. (b) Preferable - Preference will be given to candidates having experience in technical consultancy in related fields and organizing training programmes.
Field Officer (Maintenance) ->
(1) Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/ Metallurgical/ Production/ Electronic/ Electrical Engineering from a recognized university/Institution or equivalent.
(2) Experience - (a) Essential: No experience for degree holders and 3 years experience for diploma holders in the maintenance work of foundry/forge shops, (b) Preferable.: Preference will be given to candidates having experience in maintenance of CNC Machine/ Electronics machines etc.
Field Officer (Training) ->
(1) Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Metallurgical/Computer Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent.
(2) Experience: (a) Essential: No experience for degree holders and 3 years experience for diploma holders in training organization involving technical training in CAD/ CAM/ Industrial training, (b) Preferable: Preference will be given to candidates having experience technical consultancy/ training in related fields.
