Essential Qualifications:
| (1) Full time Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration / Hotel Management after 10+2 from a Recognized University and full time Master’s degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration / Hotel Management securing not less than 60% marks in aggregate either in bachelors or master’s degree. (OR) Full time Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration / Hotel Management after 10+2 from a Recognized University securing not less than 60% marks in aggregate with at least 2 years industry experience. |
| (2) Must have qualified NHTET conducted by NCHMCT with prescribed percentage to qualify for Asst. Lecturer-cum-Asst. Instructor or Teaching Associate, as the case may be. However the candidate, having a Ph. D in Hospitality/ Hotel Management topic from a recognized University/ Institute need not to qualify NHTET. |

Minimum Educational Qualification: Post Graduation from a Recognized University. (AND) Full Time Degree / 3 years Diploma in Hotel / Hospitality Management / Administration from National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology / Institute approved by AICTE or State Board of Technical Education / University Recognized by UGC with minimum of 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade.
Experience: At least 25 years of experience in teaching or in teaching and hotel industry taken together, including minimum 5 years as Head of Department (or above) teaching hotel operations related subject(s) in an Institute of Hotel Management under the National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology / State Board of Technical Education / Recognized University, and possessing at least 5 years of administrative experience within the minimum total experience of 25 years.
