Educational Qualifications:
Steno Grade 'D' -> Matriculation with 12th Class Pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University. A speed of 80 words per minutes in Shorthand (English/Hindi).
Dispatch Rider -> Possession of a valid driving license for motor cycle/ scooter/ Auto-rickshaw and experience of driving such vehicle for at least 3 years. Desirable- Pass in 8th standard of any recognized school.
Application Fee: Rs.100/- for Dispatch Rider post; No fee for Stenographer Grade 'D' Ex-servicemen. The fee payable through Demand Draft/Bankers Cheque drawn on "NATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION". Fee is exempted for all women candidates and candidates belonging to SC, ST, Physically Handicapped categories.
Selection Process:
Stenographer -> Written Examination (objective type) and Skill test in Stenography
Dispatch Rider -> Skill Test (driving test) followed by Interview

Eligibility:
Deputation -> Officers under the Central Govt / Universities / Research Institutes, holding analogous posts on regular basis.
Steno Grade D -> 12th Pass (Matriculation + 12th Class) or equivalent from a recognized Board or University. A speed of 80 words per minutes in Shorthand (English/Hindi).
Age Limit: Maximum 56 Years for all posts.
