Types of High Court Job Vacancies:

Judicial / Law Positions:

  • High Court Judges: These are appointed by the President of India, after consultation with the Chief Justice of India and the Governor of the respective state. The eligibility criteria include a minimum of ten years of experience as an advocate or a judicial officer in India.

  • Assistant Registrars: Assist the Registrars in managing court operations. Often promoted from lower administrative positions.

Support Staff:

  • Clerks and Assistants: Handle clerical work including maintaining records and assisting in court proceedings. Requires a bachelor’s degree and proficiency in computer operations.
  • Stenographers: Transcribe court proceedings. Requires proficiency in shorthand and typing, along with a relevant diploma or certificate.
