✅ Educational Qualifications:
✔️ Engineering: Full Time degree in Engineering in relevant discipline (Civil) with minimum 55% marks or equivalent,from a recognized University or Deemed University or Institute recognized by AICTE.
✔️ Finance: Cost Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (OR) Chartered Accountant(CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (OR) 02 years Full Time MBA (Finance) / MMS (Finance) from a recognised University or Deemed University or Institute recognised by AICTE with minimum 55% Marks (OR) Two years Full Time Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management (Finance) from an Institute recognised by AICTE with minimum 55% Marks.
✔️ Law: Full-time graduate with LLB (fulltime) (OR) Degree in Law (5 years integrated course) from a National Law School/ University/ Deemed University, with minimum 55% Marks.
✔️ HRM: 02 years Full Time Post Graduate Degree / PG Diploma with 55% marks in Labour & Social Welfare or Labour Studies or Labour Welfare or PM & IR or Management or Social Work/ Social Welfare/ Labour Welfare with PM and/or IR (OR) MBA or Two years full time Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in HR, HRD, Personnel Management,etc.
✅ Post Qualification Experience:✔️ General Manager: Minimum 15 years experience
✔️ Additional General Manager: Minimum 12 years experience
✔️ Deputy General Manager: Minimum 09 years experience
