Telecom Disputes Settlement & Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT), Government of India invites applications for filling up the post of Under Division Clerk (UDC) on deputation basis from amongst officers. Eligible persons apply within 30 Days from the date of Advertisement (24th February 2014).

Eligibility: Officers of the Central Government -
(a) holding analogous post on regular basis; or
(b) with eight years regular service in the grade of Lower Division Clerk in the Parent Department or equivalent.
How To Apply: The applications in the prescribed Proforma from eligible officers who can be spared in the event of their selection may be forwarded through proper channel in the name of undersigned within 30 days, from the date of publication in Employment News (Dated 15th March 2014) along with (a) up-to-date ACR Dossiers of the candidate concerned or attested photo copies of the annual confidential reports for the last five years: (b) Vigilance Clearance Report clearly indicating that no disciplinary or criminal proceedings are either pending or contemplated against the officer concerned; (c) Statement showing the minor/major penalties imposed, if any, and (d) Integrity Certificate. The last date for receipt of applications is 14/04/2014.
