Megpolice.gov.in Recruitment 2024 Notification for 2968 Vacancies: Government of Meghalaya, Office of the Inspector General of Police (R/PR), Central Recruitment Board, Shillong, Meghalaya invites online applications from eligible Indian Citizens for recruitment of UB Sub Inspector, Unarmed Branch Constable, Fireman, Driver Fireman, Mechanic, MPRO Operator and Signal / BN Operator positions.
Due to technical reasons, the Meghalaya Central Recruitment Board has postponed the Meghalaya Police Recruitment for 2024. The filling up of online applications is temporarily suspended. Once the issue is resolved, the online link will be made available on the Meghalaya Police website. In May 2024, the Meghalaya Police Apply Online Link was opened, named as crb2024.apply-gov.in. Meghalaya Police Recruitment 2024 Age Limit:
Minimum 21 years and Maximum 27 years for UB Sub Inspector.
Minimum 18 years and Maximum 21 years for all other posts.

The pay scale for vacant posts in the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) for FDA and SDA positions is as per the Karnataka state rules.

Educational Qualifications:
✔️ UB Sub Inspector: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
✔️ Armed Branch Constable / Battalion Constable / Constable Handyman / Driver Constable: Class IX (9th Standard) Pass.
✔️ Unarmed Branch Constable / Fireman / Driver Fireman / Fireman Mechanic / Mechanic / MPRO Operator / Signal / BN Operator: Matriculation with 12th class (10+2) Pass.
Physical Standards:
Height: For Male (SC / ST) - 157 cm, For Male (Open) - 162 Cm, For Female (SC /ST) - 152 Cm, For Female (Open) - 157 Cm.
Weight: There shall be no measurement of weight and chest.
