The Government of Gujarat, with the support of DRDO and Gujarat University, is setting up a 900-bed hospital through the Gujarat University Consultancy Foundation (GUCF). The DRDO GU Covid Hospital (DGCH) aims to alleviate the stress on the healthcare infrastructure of the state due to the ongoing COVID pandemic.

✔️ Physician / Pulmonary Chest / EMD: ₹ 1,30,000 to 2,00,000/- per month
✔️ Anaesthesia / Intensivist: ₹ 1,30,000 to 2,00,000/- per month
✔️ Medical Officer: ₹ 65,000 to 75,000/- per month
✔️ Staff Nurse: ₹ 20,000 to 35,000/- per month
✔️ Physician Assistant: ₹ 30,000 to 45,000/- per month
✔️ Hospital Administrator: ₹ 45,000 to 55,000/- per month
✔️ Biomedical Engineer: ₹ 40,000/- per month
✔️ Laboratory Technician: ₹ 25,000/- per month
✅ Educational Qualifications:
✔️ Physician / Pulmonary Chest / EMD: MD / DNB Medicine / TB Chest / EMD with GMC Registration.
✔️ Anaesthesia / Intensivist:MD / DNB Anesthesia, Emergency Medicine with GMC Registration.
✔️ Medical Officer:MBBS with GMC Registration.
✔️ Staff Nurse: G.N. M.Sc. / B.Sc. Nursing with GMC Registration.
✔️ Physician Assistant: BAMS / BHMS / BUMS / BPT / BDS.
✔️ Hospital Administrator: MBA / M.H A / PG Diploma in Health care.
✔️ Biomedical Engineer: B.E. Engineering Graduate in Biomedical.
✔️ Laboratory Technician: D.L.T / M.L.T.
✅ Application Fee:
✔️ ₹ 250/ plus the usual Bank Charges for SC / ST / EBC / Economically Weaker Section, Differently Able Persons (PH) and Ex-Servicemen.
