Age Limit (as on 01/01/2016): GEN - 18-40 Years, SC / ST - 18-45 Years, OBC-A - 18-43 Years,  OBC-B - 18-43 Years, Ex-Serviceman - 18-50 Years, Person with disability - 18-45 Years. For Selection Posts - 18 to 45 Years for all Categories.

Essential Qualifications:

Executive Assistant -> Graduate Degree or Diploma in Social Work or Rural Development from any recognized institute or University. Experience in Social work or Rural Development. Preferably one year Diploma Course where curriculum included in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point & Basic Internet Operation.

Nirman Sahayak -> Must have a Diploma in Civil Engineering from any Institute recognised by the State Government or Central Government.

Secretary -> Must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination from the WBCHSE or its equivalent examination from any recognised Board or Council or recognised University.

Sahayak -> Must have passed the Madhyamik (Matric) Examination from the WBBSE or its equivalent examination from any recognised Board or Council or recognised University.

Gram Panchayat Karmee (Direct Recruitment) -> Must have passed final examination of class-VIII.

Gram Panchayat Karmee (Selection) -> Must have passed final examination of class-VIII. Working experience at least 06 years as a tax collector of GP under Birbhum District.

Block Informatics Officer -> Shall have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Application or Bachelor's Degree (Hon's) in Computer Science or Bachelor's degree in any streamwith "A" level certificate course of OOEACC provided that candidates with qualification of "B" Level or "C" Level certificate course from DOEACC with three years diploma in computer science and Engineering/ Information Technology/ electronics and Tele Communication shall also be considered, or Bachelor in Electronics and Communication Engineering/Computer science and Engineering, B.Tech.(IT) and B.Sc(IT) by Distance Education programmes from Visva Bharati or any other recognised University or from Indira Gandhi National Open University or B.E. or B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering, or B.Sc. in Computer Science or Master/ Bachelor in computer Application or B.Sc. in General Stream Course and M.Sc.(IT) from a recognised University/ Institution.

Samiti Education Officer (Direct Recruitment) -> Must possess Graduate degree with Post Graduate B.Ed, degree or Graduate Degree with three years experience in teaching in any Primary or Secondary School or Graduate Degree with three years experience of working in Govt. Sponsored Alternative System of Education or Graduate degree with three years experience in Management of Education.

Samiti Education Officer (Selection) -> Sahayika & Sahayak of Sishu Shiksha Kendra, Samprasarika, Samprasarak of Madhyamik Shiksha Kendras, Academic Supervisors of Sishu Shiskha Kendra/Madhyamik Shiskha Kendra, State Quality Managers, District Quality Managers and Community Mobilizers working under Paschimbanga Rajya Sishu Shiksha Mission are only eligible to apply for this post. Must have possess Graduate degree with post Graduate B.Ed. Degree or Graduate Degree with three years experience in teaching in any Primary or Secondary School or Graduate Degree with three years experience of working in Govt. Sponsored Alternative System of Education or Graduate degree with three years experience in Management of Education.

Accounts Clerk -> Must have passed the Madhyamik Examination from the WBBSE or its equivalent examination from any recognised Board or Council or recognised University.

Clerk cum Typist -> Must have passed the Madhyamik Examination from the WBBSE or its equivalent examination from any recognised Board or Council or recognised University. Having a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute in English and 20 words per minute in Bengali.

Data Entry Operator (DEO) -> Must have passed the Madhyamik (Matric) Examination from the WBBSE or its equivalent examination from any recognised Board or Council or recognised University and having a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute in English and 20 words per minute in Bengali. At least three months formal training in using personal computer from any institute recognised by the State Govt, or the Central Govt, or State Council of Technical Education or All India Council of Technical Education. Have minimum speed of data entry of 6000 key depression per hour.

Selection Process: Written Examination / Practical Test / Viva-Voce Test
