The applicants shall submit application form along with Rs. 500/- D.D. in the name of Director, Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences, Mandya and all filled application forms with the required documents (Including Research Publication and Paper Presentation) along with Rs.500/- D.D. (Non Refundable) should reach through post or by hand (Muddam) to this office of Chief Administrative Officer, Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences, Mysore-Bangalore road, Mandya-571401 on or before 27/01/2015 before 5.30 P.M.
Desiring candidates should attend the interview with all the relevant original documents along with one set of attested copies of the same and two recent passport photographs.
