State institute of Film Television (SIFTV) Rohtak invites applications for recruitment of technical staff of Lab Assistants in Cinematography and Audiography. The last date for receipt of application is 30th June 2014.

Scale of Pay: PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 + Rs.1900 Grade Pay.
Age Limit: 18 to 40 years of age as on 31/05/2014. Relaxation in upper age limit upto five years will be given to the candidates belonging to the members of SCs/BCs and divorcee/legally separated/deserted or unmarried women of Haryana domicile only. Ex-servicemen of Haryana domicile will be given relaxation in upper age upto continuous military service plus three years.
Qualification & Experience:
Lab Assistant Cinematography -> Diploma in Cinematography or equivalent from MGR Institute Chennai/ Biju Patnaik Film & TV Institute, Cuttack/ Sardar Vallabhbhai Polytechnic College Bhopal/Govt. Film & Television Institute, Bangalore or any other Govt. recognised/approved institute. Two years experience in handling cinematography equipments during shooting/instudio/store.
Lab Assistant Audiography -> Diploma in Audiography or equivalent from MGR Institute Chennai/ Biju Patnaik Film & TV Institute, Cuttack/ Sardar Vallabhbhai Polytechnic College Bhopal/Govt. Film & Television Institute, Bangalore or any other Govt. recognised/approved institute. Two years experience in handing Audio equipment during shooting/in studio/store.
Application Fee: Rs.500/- (Rs.125/- in case of reserved categories candidates and women of Haryana) in the shape of Demand Draft payable at Rohtak, drawn on any nationalized/scheduled bank in favour of the Registrar, Government Technical Institutions Society, Rohtak or through RTGS in the name of GTIS, Rohtak, Bank of India, Account No. 672010210000212, IFSC Code No. BKID0006720. No other mode of fee will be acceptable.
