Essential Qualifications:
Secretary ->
From All India Services and organized Group A Services holding analogous posts on regular basis or 5 years regular service in the scale of 15600-39100 + G.P
7600 (Pre-revised Rs 12000-375-16500), having knowledge of: a) Govt. of India Rules & Regulation regarding Administrative & Service Matters, Finance & Accounts and Legal Matters. b) Working knowledge of Hindi/English and computers.
Accounts Officer ->
(1) Person from various Central Accounts / Audit organizations working on analogous posts in regular service or in the pay scale of 15600-39,100 with G.P 5,400 (Pre-revised 8000-13500) with a minimum experience of three years in the grade or having six years regular service in the pay scale of 9300-34,800 with G.P 4,800 (Pre-revised 7450-11500) or having eight years regular service in the pay scale of 9300-34,800
with G.P 4,600 (Pre-revised 6500-10500).
(2) Working knowledge of Hindi/English.
(3) Working knowledge of computer operation.
Director (Vocational Education) ->
(1) At least second class Master’s Degree with 55% marks or B+.
(2) 10 years regular service in the scale of 15600-39100 with G.P 6600(pre-revised 10000-325-15200) or 5 years of regular service in the scale of 15600-39100 with G.P 7600 (pre-revised 12000-375-16500) in any of the field.
(3) Organization of Seminars/Conferences and Orientation Programmes.
(4) Working knowledge of Hindi/English.
Assistant Audit Officer ->
(1) 5 Years experience in Accounts/Audit in a Government/ Autonomous Organization in the scale of 9,300-34,800 with G.P 4,200 (Pre-revised 5,500-9,000) or 6 years in the pay scale of 9,300-34,800 with G.P 4,200 (Pre-revised 5,000-8,000) or 8 years in the pay scale of 5,200-20,200 with G.P 2,800 (Pre-revised 4,500-7,000)
(2) Working knowledge of computer operations.
(3) Working knowledge of Hindi/English.
Selection Process: Written Test and Interview.
Application Fee: Application Form should be submitted along with a Demand Draft of Rs.500/- for Unreserved/OBC category and Rs.250/- for SC/ST categories in favour of Secretary, National Institute of Open Schooling, Payable at Noida. However, Physically Handicapped category with a minimum of 40% disability are exempted from payment.

Essential Qualifications:
