ICF Cultural Quota 2023-24 Employment Notice NO.PB/RR/39/CulturaI/03/2023-2: Integral Coach Factory (ICF), Chennai - 600038 invites online applications from outstanding Cultural persons, who are Indian Citizens for recruitment of Junior Clerk and Technician Grade III posts against Cultural Quota for the yeat 2023-2024. ✅ Age Limit:
✔️ Minimum 18 years and Maximum 30 years as on 1st July 2024.
✔️ The upper age is relaxable by 03 years for candidates belonging to OBC
communities, 05 years for candidates belonging to SC/ ST communities and Plus 10 years for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities.
✅ ICF Cultural Quota Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualifications:
✔️ Junior Clerk: Matric + 12th Class Pass or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks. Those persons selected as Junior Clerk are required to
acquire proficiency in Typewriting of 30 w.p.m in English or 25 w.p.m in Hindi within a period of 02 years from the date of appointment and theirappointment will be provisional subject to acquiring the prescribed typing qualification within the stipulated period.
✔️ Technician Grade III: Matriculation Pass or its equivalent and having ITI / Act Apprenticeship in relevant trades.
Cultural Qualifications:
(1) Hindustani/ Carnatic Vocal (Female): Possession of Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Hindustani/ Carnatic music from Govt. recognized Institute.
(2) Tabla: Possession of Degree / Diploma / Certificate in music (Tabla) from Govt. recognized Institute.
Desirable Qualifications:
(a) Experience in the field and performance' given on AIR 1 Doordarshan etc.
(b) Prizes won at National level.
(c) Ability to sing light music.
✅ ICF Cultural Quota Selection Process:
The candidates who apply for appointment against ICF cultural quota will be assessed based on their performance in Written Test and Practical demonstration. The eligible candidates will be called for document verification one day before the Written Test.

✔️ ₹ 500/- for General / OBC category candidates.
✔️ ₹ 250/- for SC / ST / PwBD / Women / Minories and Economically Backward Classes candidates.
✔️ The fee should be made through online payment mode.
✅ How to Apply ICFICF Cultural Quota Recruitment?
➢ Eligible and Interested candidates should apply online only through ICF official website (pb.icf.gov.in).
➢ The Candidates should read the notification thoroughly and fill in the online application form correctly & submit. Before filling the application form, candidates should keep ready all the data of documents/ certificates required to be filled in and image of recent passport size photograph (not more than 200 KB) in jpg/ jpeg format.
➢ The last date for submission of online applications is 21/05/2024 up to 23:59 Hours.
