University of Madras Recruitment 2011 Assistant Professors and Principals

Applications are invited for the posts of Assistant Professors and Principal at the Madras University  Constituent Arts and Science College at  Nemmeli Village, Kancheepuram District for the following Disciplines on contract basis.

S.No	Name of the Post	Pay Scale	Eligibility
1.	Principal	Rs.30,000/- p.m.	Retired Principals of Government Colleges/ Aided Colleges. not exceeding 62 years of age.
2.	Assistant Professors on Contract Basis	Rs.15,000/- p.m.	Good academic record with at least 55% marks at the Master’s Degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.

Application Fee: The cost of Application form is Rs.500/- (for SC/ST candidates Rs.250/- on production of attested copies of Community Certificate). 

The last date for submission of filled in application form:  13th July 2011.
