✅ HURL Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
- Additional Chief Manager (Ammonia) / Additional Chief Manager (Urea) / Deputy Manager (Urea): Full-time regular Engineering Degree in Chemical / Chemical Technology with minimum of 60% marks.
- Sr. Manager (Contracts & Materials) / Deputy Manager (Contracts & Materials): Full-time regular Engineering degree (in any specialization) with minimum 60% marks OR Full-time regular MBA (Materials Management) or PG Diploma in Materials Management.
- Assistant Manager (Mechanical): Full-time regular Engineering Degree in Mechanical with minimum of 60% marks.
- Sr. Manager (Security – FTC): Full-time graduate, commissioned officer with at least 5 years experience in Armed Forces / Paramilitary / Police Class I officer in CAPF.
- Deputy Manager (Medical – FTC): MBBS degree recognized from Medical Council of India with Certificate of training in Industrial Health or Diploma in Industrial Health.
Upper Age Limit (as on 30.09.2026): Additional Chief Manager – 44 years, Sr. Manager – 42 years, Deputy Manager – 37 years, Assistant Manager – 35 years. Age relaxation, if any, as per rules.
