✅ ITBP Constable Sports Quota 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
- Nationality: Male and Female Indian citizens, including subjects of Nepal and Bhutan.
- Educational Qualification: Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognised Board.
- Age Limit (as on 01.11.2026): 18 to 23 years.
- Sports Qualification: Players who have participated or won medal(s) in the level of competition given in Para-4(C) of the advertisement from 01.01.2024 to 01.11.2026 will only be considered.
Acceptable sports levels include:
- International: Participated or won medal(s) in an International Competition with clearance of the Department of Sports, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports.
- National: Represented a State / UT in Senior or Junior National Championships recognised by the Department of Sports, or National Games organised by the Indian Olympic Association, and won medals or positions up to 3rd place.
- Inter-University: Represented a University in an Inter-University competition conducted by AIU / Inter University Sports Board, or Khelo India University Games, and won medals or positions up to 3rd place.
- Khelo India Games: Represented a State / UT in Khelo India Youth Games (age category above 18 years) or Khelo India Winter Games and won medals or positions up to 3rd place.
Age Relaxation for Meritorious Sportspersons:
- UR / EWS / OBC: 05 years
- OBC (NCL): 05 + 03 = 08 years
- SC / ST: 05 + 05 = 10 years
✅ ITBP Constable Sports Quota Salary 2026:
Pay Level: Level-3 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix
Pay Scale: ₹21,700 – ₹69,100
In addition to basic pay, admissible allowances will be paid as per ITBP rules. Selected candidates will be governed by the ITBPF Act, 1992 and Rules, 1994, and will be liable to serve anywhere in India or abroad.
