- Educational Qualification: As per the position – B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech, M.Sc, Diploma or ITI in relevant disciplines (Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical, ECE, EEE, Computer Science, Chemistry, Metallurgical, etc.) from a recognized University/Institution. NET/GATE qualified candidates are eligible for higher emoluments where mentioned.
- Experience: For Project Associate-II positions – 2 years relevant R&D experience (or Master’s degree). For Senior PAT – 2 to 3 years experience as applicable.
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years (relaxation as per CSIR/Government of India rules for reserved categories).
- Nature of Engagement: Purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.

- Project Assistant-I: ₹18,000 + HRA
- Project Assistant-II: ₹20,000 + HRA
