✅ BEL Legal Officer Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB / BL) from a recognised Indian University. General candidates must secure First Class and PwBD candidates must secure Pass Class.
- Experience: No prior experience required (Freshers can apply).
- Age Limit (as on 01.07.2026): Maximum 25 years for UR category candidates. Age relaxation: PwBD (minimum 40% disability) – 10 years; Ex-Servicemen – as per Government guidelines.
✅ BEL Legal Officer Salary 2026:
- Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – 3% – 1,40,000 (E-II Grade)
- In addition to basic pay, selected candidates will be entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Perquisites, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Medical benefits, Provident Fund, National Pension System (NPS), Gratuity and other allowances as applicable to BEL employees.

- Shortlisting of eligible candidates for Written Test
- Written Test (Venue: Bengaluru only)
- Candidates qualifying in Written Test will be shortlisted for Interview in the ratio of 1:5
- Final selection based on performance in Written Test and Interview
- Weightage: Written Test – 85 marks | Interview – 15 marks
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 35% for General candidates and 30% for PwBD candidates in both Written Test and Interview (separately).
