✅ Hartron Junior Programmer Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate (55% marks) with PGDCA / PDCA / PGDIT / APGDCA OR BCA / B.Sc. (Computer Science / IT) / MCA / M.Sc. (Computer Science / IT) / B.Tech / M.Tech (any stream) with 55% marks OR Three Years Diploma in Computer Application / IT from SBTE / University or ‘A’ / ‘B’ / ‘C’ Level course from DOE / NIELIT with 55% marks.
- Candidates with MCA / M.Tech through Distance / Part-time mode must have AICTE approval.
- Qualification must be fulfilled as on the last date of application (09.08.2026).
- One candidate can apply for only one district.
✅ Hartron Junior Programmer Salary 2026:
- Selected candidates will be engaged on Job Work Basis at a fixed remuneration of ₹24,100/- per month.
- Panel validity is 2 years from the date of publishing the result (extendable up to a maximum of 5 years).
✅ Hartron Junior Programmer Recruitment 2026 Selection Process:
- 1st Test – Domain Knowledge Test: Computer-based MCQ test on general computer topics and domain-specific questions (valid for 1 year).
- Training: Candidates who qualify the 1st test and clear document scrutiny must undergo approx. 50 hours training (within one month) at labs in Ambala or Gurugram. Minimum 75% attendance compulsory. Security deposit of ₹1,500 (refundable) is payable.
- 2nd Test – Practical / Project Test: Maximum 2 attempts allowed. Training can be undergone maximum two times.
- Panel Preparation: Equal weightage to 1st and 2nd tests. Separate panel for each reserved category. Deployment as per reservation roster.
- Test Centres: IDDC, Ambala and HMSDC, Gurugram only.
