NMDC Executive Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
Age Relaxation: Upper age limit relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), and as per Govt. guidelines for PwBD/Ex-Servicemen.
Post-wise Qualification & Experience:
- AGM (Mining) (M-7): Degree in Mining Engineering with 1st Class Mines Manager Certificate (Coal). Minimum 12 years’ experience in Coal Mining after degree, including 8 years after obtaining Mines Manager Certificate.
- Manager (Mechanical) (M-5): Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mining Machinery. Minimum 7 years’ post-qualification experience in repair & maintenance of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery in large opencast mines.
- Manager (Mining) (M-5) – Safety Officer: Degree in Mining Engineering with 1st Class Mines Manager Certificate (Coal). Minimum 7 years’ Coal Mining experience after degree, including 3 years after Mines Manager Certificate. Experience as statutory Safety Officer desirable.
- Manager (Mining) (M-5) – Blasting Officer: Degree in Mining Engineering with 1st Class Mines Manager Certificate (Coal). Minimum 7 years’ Coal Mining experience after degree, including 3 years after Mines Manager Certificate. 2 years’ experience as statutory Blasting Officer desirable.
- Manager (Mining) (M-5) – Production Manager: Degree in Mining Engineering with 1st Class Mines Manager Certificate (Coal). Minimum 7 years’ Coal Mining experience after degree, including 3 years after Mines Manager Certificate. Experience in opencast mines/greenfield coal projects desirable.
- Jr. Manager (Survey) (M-2): 3-year Diploma in Mining or Mining & Mines Survey with Mines Surveyor Competency Certificate. Minimum 2 years’ experience in coal mine surveying in opencast coal mines.
