✅ Age Limit:
✔️ GM/ED Positions: Maximum 52 years for E7 grade, 57 years for E8 grade (relaxable for exceptional candidates).
✔️ Officer (Sales & Marketing): Maximum 32 years.
✔️ Age Relaxation as per Government of India norms.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ GM/ED (HR & Legal): Graduate with Post-Graduate Degree in Law (LLM) or Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in HR/Personnel Management. Minimum 18 years (E7) or 20 years (E8) post-qualification experience in senior managerial roles handling HR, Legal, and related functions in a reputable organization, preferably in CPSEs.
✔️ GM/ED - Tea: Degree in Plantation Management/Engineering/Agriculture/Bio-Science/Science/Arts/Commerce, preferably with Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management/Agriculture Science or HR/Personnel Management. Minimum 18 years (E7) or 20 years (E8) experience in top managerial positions in the Tea Industry.
✔️ Officer (Sales & Marketing): Graduate in Plantation Management/Engineering/Agriculture/Bio-Science/Science/Arts/Commerce, preferably with Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management/Agriculture Science or HR/Personnel Management. At least 2 years post-qualification experience in Tea Tasting, Quality Control, and Marketing in the Tea Industry.
