✅ Pay Scale:
₹25,000/- month or last pay & allowances drawn less initial pension amount (whichever is lower) + ₹ 1,000/- month for mobile and conveyance expenses. No additional benefits payable.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Age Limit:
45 to 65 years as on 30.06.2025, with good health.
✔️ Educational Qualifications:
(1) Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
(2) Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and typing in local language.
✔️ Experience:
(1) Retired/VRS opted bank officials (Scale I & above) from Nationalized Banks, State Bank of India, or RRBs preferred, OR
(2) Ex-Servicemen or non-bank employees (e.g., Government School Teachers) with banking knowledge, rural exposure, and relevant IIBF certification.
(3) Minimum 10 years of experience as an officer/permanent employee with an unblemished service record.
(4) Resident of Madhya Pradesh, preferably from the same or nearby district.
(5) Excellent communication skills in the local language.

✔️ Eligible candidates will be called for a Personal Interview. The Bank’s decision regarding selection will be final.
