Educational Qualification:
(1) Master's Degree of a recognized university or equivalent in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at degree level. (OR) Master's degree of a recognized university or equivalent in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi or English medium and English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at degree level. (OR) Master's degree of a recognized university or equivalent in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subjects of either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at degree level. (And)
(2) Recognized Diploma or certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa or two years experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice-versa in Central or State Government offices, including Government of India Undertakings.
(3) Desirable - (i) Knowledge at the level of Matriculation of a recognized Board or equivalent of one of the languages other than Hindi mentioned in the Eighth schedule of the Constitution. (ii) Degree or Diploma in translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa from a recognized university.

Qualification & Experience:
Manager (F&A) -> Candidates should be CA's / ICWA's / full time MBA's from a recognised Institution with specialization in Finance. The candidate should have a minimum of seven years post qualification relevant executive experience out of which two years should be in next below grade in a large and reputed organization.
Manager (Commercial) -> MBA / PGDM with specialization in Marketing / Finance, CA/ICWA or equivalent from recognized University / Institutes preferably from reputed Institutes with seven years' post qualification executive experience out of which at least two years should be in the next below grade or equivalent responsibility in a large and reputed organization. The candidate should have relevant experience in all the facets of marketing & commercial activities including financial aspects of the business operations. Experience in Aviation Industry is desirable.
Helicopter Pilot -> Pilots holding CHPL(H) or ATPL(H) preferably having endorsement on any one type of helicopter operated by the Company will be considered for Helicopter Pilot on various levels depending upon their qualification and flying hours.
Aircraft Maintenance Engineer -> The candidate must possess AME's Licence with endorsement on atleast two categories (A&C / E,I,R) on any of the helicopters operated by the Company preferably on Dhruv Helicopters.
Officer (Corporate Communication) -> Candidates should be holding full time Master Degree in Journalism & Mass Communication / Post Graduate Degree / Diploma or equivalent in Journalism & Mass Communication from a recognised University/Institution. The candidate should have a minimum of one year post qualification relevant executive experience in a large & reputed organization. Experience in Aviation Industry is desirable.
