Qualifications:
(1) 12th class or equivalent qualification from a recognised Board or University.
(2) English typing @ 35 w.p.m on computer and Hindi Typing @ 30 w.p.m on computer. (35 words per minute and 30 words per minute corresponding to 10500/9000 KDPH on average of key depressions for each word.
Selection Process: Written Examination and Interview. Test/interview will be held at 56 Infantry Divisional Ordnance Unit, C/O 99 APO at Likabali Military Station in Assam. The unit reserves the write to make amendments to the location for conduct of test/interview.
Written Exam Details: (Total Marks - 80, Duration - 1 Hour 45 Minutes). The questions in all the four tests will be " Objective-Multiple-Choice-Type ". Candidates will be required to qualify in each of the four tests separately. Minimum qualifying marks in each of the four test will be 07 (seven) having an aggregate of 32 marks in overall tests.
(a) General Intelligence and Clerical Aptitude - 20 Marks
(b) English Language - 20 Marks
(c) Numerical Aptitude - 20 Marks
(d) General Awareness - 20 Marks
How To Apply: Candidates may submit their applications as per prescribed format affixing two passport size photograph duly attested by a Gazetted Officer one on right hand corner of the application form and one on the acknowledgement card attached with application form alongwith attested copies of certificate and self addressed envelope affixing postal stamp Rs 25/- required for registered cover for return of acknowledge card as to reach Commanding Officer, 56 Infantry Divisional Ordnance Unit , PIN 909056, C/O 99 APO within 21 days from the date of publication (i.e. Last Date is 31/05/2014). The envelope should clearly be marked as " APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF LDC (LOWER DIVISION CLERK)".
