Educational Qualification: Post Graduate / Bachelor's Degree / M.Sc. / MBBS / M.D.
Application Fee: ₹ 2000/- (₹ 1600/- for SC/ST). No fee for PwD candidates as well as for deputation posts. The application fee has to be made by DD in favour of National Institute of Unani Medicine payable at Bangalore should be enclosed with the application for each post. Separate application along with the prescribed fees has to be submitted in case applying for more than one post.

Educational Qualifications:
Professors -> Post Graduate Degree in Unani Medicine in the concerned subject recognised under IMCC Act, 1970. 05 years of teaching experience as Reader/Associate Professor in the concerned subject.
Readers -> Post Graduate Degree in Unani Medicine in the concerned subject included in the recognised under IMCC Act, 1970. 05 years teaching experience in the concerned subject.
Lecturer -> PG Degree in Unani Medicine in the concerned subject included recognised under IMCC Act, 1970.
Resident Medical Officer -> Degree in Unani of a recognized University/ Statutory/ Faculty/ Council/or equivalent and included in the II Schedule of CCIM Act, 1970. MD/MS Unani in Clinical Subjects. Enrolment on the Central Register of CCIM or State Register of ISM. Knowledge of Arabic/ Urdu/ Persian.
Anesthetist -> MBBS with M.D in Anaesthesia. Enrolment in the MCI Register.
Radiologist -> M.D in Radiology with three years experience in the relevant field. Deputation from Medical College, Hospitals and other recognized Hospitals. Officers holding analogous post.
Staff Nurse -> Bachelors Degree in Nursing from a recognized University & one year experience preferably in Unani hospital and dispensaries in the field. or Diploma in Nursing with three experience in the field. Registered with Nursing Council of India.
EEG Technician -> Bachelor's Degree in Science from a recognized University with two experience in Laboratory Technology in the relevant field in Laboratory of a recognized Hospital/ Institution.
Pharmacist -> Diploma in Pharmacy with Unani subject from a recognized State Board of Education. Knowledge of Hindi/ Urdu/ English.
Store Keeper / UDC -> Bachelor's Degree in Science/ Commerce/ Arts/ Law from a recognized University. Computer course.
Junior Steno -> Intermediate (Matric) or equivalent qualification with a speed of 40 wpm in typing and 80 wpm in shorthand and computer course.
Electrician -> Two years Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized State Board or Technical Education.
LDC / Cashier -> Intermediate (matric) or equivalent qualification with a speed of 30 wpm in English typewriting or 25 wpm in Hindi typewriting and proficiency in computers.
Junior Library Assistant -> Certificate in Library Science. Knowledge of Urdu/ Hindi/ English.
Head Clerk -> Bachelor's degree in Science/ Commerce/ Arts/ Law from a recognized University with four years experience in the relevant filed.
Accountant -> Bachelor' s degree in Science/Commerce/Arts/Law from a recognized University with four years experience in the relevant filed. Computer Course.
