✅ NEEPCO ET Safety 2026 Compensation Package:
- Pay Scale: ₹50,000-3%-1,60,000/- (IDA) in E-2 Grade
- Monthly Emoluments: Basic Pay ₹50,000 + DA + HRA (as applicable) + Cafeteria @ 35% of Basic Pay + Location Based Allowance @ 10% of Basic Pay + PF (12% of Basic+DA) + NEDCSS (9% of Basic+DA)
- Minimum monthly CTC: approximately ₹1,00,000
- Other benefits: Leave, Medical facilities for self and dependents, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Gratuity, Uniform, communication expenses & furniture reimbursement as per rules
- After successful completion of 1-year training, candidates will be placed in E-3 Grade
✅ NEEPCO ET Safety 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production with minimum 65% marks (55% for SC) along with full-time Diploma in Industrial Safety from an institute recognized under Factories Act Rules, OR Engineering Degree in Industrial Safety/Fire & Safety with minimum 65% marks (55% for SC) from a recognized institution.
- Desired Experience: 1 year post-qualification experience in statutory safety compliance under Factories Act, development/auditing of safety systems, promotion of safety culture, and safety examination of machinery and buildings. Experience in safety training and firefighting is an added advantage.
- Age Limit (as on 01.07.2026): Maximum 30 years for UR, 33 years for OBC(NCL), and 35 years for SC. Upper age relaxation as per Government of India guidelines for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/ESM/PwBD and for candidates domiciled in J&K (01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989).
- Only Indian Nationals above 18 years are eligible. Candidates pursuing courses or awaiting final results need not apply.
- Service Agreement Bond: ₹2,50,000 (General/EWS/OBC-NCL) or ₹1,25,000 (SC) for a minimum period of 4 years including training.
✅ NEEPCO ET Safety 2026 Selection Process:
- Scrutiny of online applications and shortlisting based on marks in qualifying degree and experience.
- Computer-Based Test (CBT): 100 marks (Section-1: Subject Knowledge Test – Industrial Safety/Fire & Safety – 75 marks; Section-2: Executive Aptitude Test – 25 marks). Duration: 2 hours. Negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
- Personal Interview of shortlisted candidates.
- Final selection based on merit in CBT and Interview.
- Candidates can be posted anywhere in India. On successful completion of 1-year training, placement in E-3 Grade.
