- Grade: E4 Grade / IDA
- Pay Scale: ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000 per month

✅ NTPC Deputy Manager Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
- Deputy Manager (Mechanical Erection): B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Production Engineering with minimum 60% marks + Minimum 10 years post-qualification executive experience in Power/Steel/Refinery/Fertilizer/Oil & Gas/Cement sector in mechanical erection, maintenance or commissioning.
- Deputy Manager (C&I Erection): B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Control & Instrumentation, Instrumentation or related discipline with minimum 60% marks + Minimum 10 years post-qualification executive experience in the specified sectors in C&I erection, maintenance or commissioning.
- Deputy Manager (Civil Construction): B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks + Minimum 10 years post-qualification executive experience in the specified sectors, including minimum 3 years site experience in Civil Construction.
- Common Experience Sectors: Power, Steel, Refinery, Fertilizer, Oil & Gas, Cement.
- For Govt/PSU Candidates: Minimum 2 years service in E3 grade or above of NTPC (effective from 01.01.2017) or equivalent scale + the above 10 years experience + NOC where applicable.
- Age Limit: Maximum 43 years. Age relaxation as per Government of India guidelines. Valid OBC-NCL certificate in prescribed Central Government format required.
