✅ IIT Guwahati Non Teaching Age Limit:
- Assistant Project Engineer: Not more than 30 years.
- Manager – Strategic Partnerships & Philanthropy: As per official notification / experience requirement.
✅ IIT Guwahati Non Teaching Eligibility Criteria:
- Manager – Strategic Partnerships & Philanthropy (03 Posts): Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering. Preference will be given to graduates of IITs.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in client-facing roles. Demonstrated ability to create, nurture and manage professional relationships.
- Experience in fundraising, business development, corporate relations, philanthropy or institutional partnerships will be an advantage.
- Place of Posting: Bengaluru-01, Guwahati-02. Remuneration: ₹ 1.00 Lakh per month + HRA. Performance incentive up to 40% of base salary on funds collected, subject to approval.
- Assistant Project Engineer (01 Post): B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science / IT with 1 year working experience OR MCA with 1 year working experience OR 3 years Diploma in Computer Science / IT with 3 years working experience.
- Desirable: Working experience in JAVA, HTML, PHP, SQL and MariaDB.
- Place of Posting: Guwahati. Age not more than 30 years. Remuneration: ₹ 30,000 per month + HRA as admissible.
- Tenure: Initially 11 months on contract, renewable based on performance and institutional requirements.
- Campus accommodation will not be available. Medical facility as per IITG project staff norms.
