✅ Gliders India Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
1. DGM – Product Development (01)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design Engineering / Clothing Technology / Textile Engineering / Polymer Science / Material Science or equivalent, with 10 years’ experience in garment / clothing technology, DRDO / CSIR, textile academic or research institutions, or a reputed industrial organisation.
- OR retired employees of DRDO / CSIR / NIFT / Government academic or research institutions who served at Pay Level-12 or above. Age limit for this route is 65 years.
- Desirable: Master’s / Ph.D., and experience in aerial delivery systems, inflatable rubber products, technical textiles, NBC suits and protective fabrics.
2. Sr. Manager – Supply Chain Management (01)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in a relevant discipline with minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience, or Diploma in Engineering with minimum 7 years’ experience.
- Desirable: MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain, Logistics, Materials or Operations, and experience in procurement, vendor management, GeM, e-procurement and inventory.
3. Sr. Manager – Additive Manufacturing (01)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with specialisation in Additive Manufacturing, or a certification in Additive Manufacturing after B.E. / B.Tech, with minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in AM technology, process qualification or industrialisation.
- Desirable: Aerospace / defence component development, metal powders, CAD/CAM and ISO/ASTM AM standards.
4. Manager – Legal (01)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a University / Institution approved by the Bar Council of India, with minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience.
- Desirable: PSU, Government, corporate or law-firm experience in contracts, arbitration, litigation, corporate and service matters.
5. Junior Assistant (02)
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognised University.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, with a certificate from a Central / State Government approved agency.
- Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi.
