✅ HAL Junior Executive 2026 Qualification:
Regular / full-time Degree in Engineering / Technology under the 10+2+4 system, or 10+3+3 in case of lateral entry, from a recognised university. Integrated 5/6-year degree in the relevant discipline is also eligible. Correspondence, distance, part-time and e-learning degrees are not eligible.

- UR / OBC-NCL / EWS: minimum 60% aggregate.
- SC / ST / PwBD: minimum 50% aggregate.
- Marks of all semesters or years will be summed. No rounding off and no semester weightage.
- CGPA must be converted as per the university norm, and the conversion certificate produced at interview.
- Diploma plus degree candidates must enter engineering degree marks as qualifying marks.
- Courses of professional bodies enrolled on or after 01.06.2013 are not eligible.
✅ Age Limit:
- Not above 28 years as on 17 October 2026 for UR and EWS.
- SC / ST: 5 years. OBC-NCL: 3 years. PwBD: 10 years, over and above SC/ST/OBC relaxation.
- J&K domiciled during 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989: 5 years. Ex-Servicemen and serving Armed Forces officers: as per company rules.
- Age after all relaxations should not exceed 56 years for PwBD and 55 years for others.
- OBC-NCL / SC / ST / EWS candidates applying for UR posts are treated on par with UR.
- OBC-NCL certificate should not be older than 6 months as on 17.10.2026. EWS certificate must be for financial year 2026-27, based on income of 2025-26.
✅ Pay Scale and Tenure:
- E0 pay scale (2017): ₹30,000–1,20,000.
- Basic Pay ₹30,000, Dearness Allowance, HRA if company quarter is not provided, and Cafeteria Allowance at 35% of Basic Pay.
- Annual increment of 3% on Basic Pay in the second and third year.
- Medical insurance reimbursement up to ₹25,000 per annum for coverage up to ₹10 lakh, PF, gratuity on completion of one year on pro-rata basis, TA/DA, uniforms, maternity and paternity benefits, and company quarters where available.
- Engagement is for a maximum of 3 years. It ends automatically. Either side may terminate with one month’s notice or Basic plus DA in lieu.
- This engagement does not confer the status of a regular executive.
✅ Selection Process:
- Selection is through Interview only.
- Shortlisting is on aggregate marks of the qualifying course, in the ratio of 1:10 to the vacancies in each discipline and category.
- If marks are equal, the elder candidate is considered first.
- Minimum 50% marks in the interview. Relaxation for SC/ST/PwBD is as per rules.
- Interview is tentatively scheduled during November 2026. Date, time and venue will be sent by email, and the shortlist will be hosted on the HAL website.
- Original certificates and NOC, where applicable, are mandatory at document verification. Pre-employment medical examination is compulsory.

- ₹500/-, inclusive of 18% GST, for UR, OBC-NCL and EWS, through the online portal only. Account name: HAL CHRC RECRUITMENT 2026-27.
- SC, ST and PwBD candidates are exempted.
- Fee is non-refundable. Payment validation may take 48 to 72 hours.
