✅ EdCIL Consultant 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
- Clinical Psychologist: Post-Graduation in Psychology with clinical exposure, and 3–5 years’ experience, or 2 years as a Psychologist in an IAF Boarding Centre. Desirable: M.A. or M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology with RCI licence, or 2 years as Aviation Psychologist.
- Airport Systems: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation, with 3–5 years in project management, execution or tendering.
- Bird & Wildlife Management: Master’s in Wildlife Science, Zoology, Environmental Science, Life Sciences or a related field. Consultant needs 5–8 years. Associate Consultant needs 0–3 years. Airport wildlife hazard experience is desirable for Consultant.
- Obstacle Management: Graduate in Civil Engineering. Junior Consultant needs 3–5 years. Associate Consultant needs 0–3 years. Land records, surveying, GIS tools and survey instruments are relevant.
- Horticulture: M.Sc. in Agriculture / Horticulture or equivalent, preferably with landscape and aesthetics exposure, and 5–8 years in the executive cadre.
- Law: Professional degree in Law (3-year regular course after graduation or 5-year integrated course after 10+2), eligible for enrolment as an Advocate, with 8–10 years’ legal experience.
- Content Writer: Bachelor’s in Mass Communication, Journalism or English Literature, or any Bachelor’s with Master’s in Mass Communication / Journalism, with 5–8 years in content writing, copywriting or editorial work.
- Graphic Designer: Bachelor’s in any stream with Advanced Diploma / Degree in Multimedia, Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Communication or Communication Design, with 5–8 years and a strong portfolio.
- Video Editor: Bachelor’s in any stream with Diploma / Degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Mass Communication, Visual Arts or Animation, with 5–8 years as a Video Editor.
- Technical: Full-time regular B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering. Junior Consultant needs 3–5 years. Associate Consultant needs 0–3 years.
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible. Cut-off date for age, qualification and experience is 27 October 2026.
✅ Selection Process and Engagement:
- Document Verification and Interview.
- Minimum 50 marks in the interview, based on merit ranking.
- Engagement is for one year, extendable by one year at a time. Total period in AAI shall not exceed 5 years.
- Full-time engagement. No other assignment is permitted during the consultancy.
- Leave: 1.5 days for each completed month. Unavailed leave cannot be carried forward or encashed.
- The consultant is not a staff member of AAI. Either side may end the contract with one month’s notice or remuneration in lieu.
