- Cut-off Date: Age, educational / professional qualification and experience will be counted as on 01.09.2026.
- Nationality: Citizen of India, or other categories eligible as per the official notification.
- Experience through outsourcing vendors / BPO / KPO will not be counted.
1. General Manager (IT) – TEG Scale VII (Deputation) – 01 Post
- Age: Maximum 56 years.
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science / Information Technology.
- Experience: Officers in the rank of DGM (TEG Scale VI) and above in Public Sector Banks with minimum 12 years’ post-qualification experience in IT Department, and currently posted in IT Department.
2. Deputy General Manager (HR) – TEG Scale VI (Deputation) – 01 Post
- Age: Maximum 56 years.
- Qualification: MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR).
- Experience: Officers in the rank of AGM (SMG Scale V) and above in Public Sector Banks with minimum 10 years’ post-qualification experience in HR Department, and currently posted in HR Department.
3. Assistant General Manager (Accounts) – SMG Scale V (Regular) – 01 Post (UR)
- Age: 33 to 55 years.
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant / Cost and Management Accountant / MBA (Finance) or PGDM (Finance).
- Experience: Minimum 12 years’ post-qualification experience in SCBs / AIFIs / PSUs, of which minimum 8 years in corporate taxation, GST, TDS, Balance Sheet, regulatory reporting and related work. Current post should be Scale IV in PSBs / IBA-scale SCBs, Grade C in AIFIs or E-4 in PSUs. Private-sector equivalency will be assessed on current position and CTC.
4. Manager (Human Resource) – MMG Scale III (Regular) – 02 Posts (EWS-01, UR-01)
- Age: 25 to 35 years.
- Qualification: MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR).
- Experience: Minimum 4 years’ post-qualification experience in Human Resource Management in SCBs / HFCs / NBFCs / AIFIs / PSUs.
5. Manager (Legal) – MMG Scale III (Regular) – 01 Post (UR)
- Age: 25 to 35 years.
- Qualification: LL.B. / LL.M.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in SCBs / HFCs / NBFCs / law firms in title investigation, property laws, SARFAESI, DRT and recovery laws.
6. Deputy General Manager (Company Secretary) – Contract – 01 Post (UR)
- Age: 33 to 55 years.
- Qualification: Graduate degree with membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- Experience: Minimum 12 years’ post-qualification experience in Banks / AIFIs / regulated lending entities / PSUs / listed entities. The candidate must have been designated Company Secretary / Assistant Company Secretary during the career.
- Contract Period: 3 years. Either side may terminate the contract with 1 month’s notice.

Regular officers will also get Bank accommodation / HRA, medical reimbursement, telephone / mobile reimbursement, NPS and other benefits as per NHB rules. Regular posts carry 1-year probation (extendable). Deputation tenure is 3 years, subject to annual review, with possible absorption at the Bank’s discretion.
