- Superintendent Engineer: B.E./B.Tech (Civil) 1st Class + 5 years as Senior Executive Engineer (Level-12) or 10 years as Executive Engineer (Level-11) in building construction as per CPWD norms
- Deputy Librarian: Master’s in Library Science + Ph.D. + 8 years as Assistant Librarian (including 2 years in Level-11)
- Deputy Registrar (Direct & Deputation): Master’s Degree (55% marks) + 5 years experience as Assistant Registrar (Level-10) or equivalent
- Executive Engineer (Civil/Electrical): B.E./B.Tech (Civil/Electrical) 1st Class + 10 years as Assistant Engineer or 5 years as Assistant Executive Engineer in building projects
