- Who Can Apply: Ex-Servicemen from the Indian Air Force only. Reservation is 100% for ESM.
- Educational Qualification: 3-year Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent; OR 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with Pass Class.
- Rank in Armed Forces: Junior Warrant Officer (JWO) or above from Indian Air Force.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of service in the Indian Air Force after acquiring the essential qualification.
- Date of Retirement from IAF: On or before 01.08.2026.
- Age Limit (as on 01.08.2026): General – 50 years; OBC (NCL) – 53 years; SC/ST – 55 years. PwBD relaxation as per Government of India rules.
- Identity / Service Proof: IAF Discharge Book / Certificate showing medical category, date of discharge and Exemplary / Very Good or equivalent record.
✅ BEL Senior Assistant Engineer Salary 2026:
- Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – 3% – ₹1,20,000 (E-I Grade)
- In addition to Basic Pay, selected candidates will get DA, HRA, perquisites @35% of annual basic pay, medical reimbursement, Group Insurance, PF, Gratuity, PRP and other benefits as per BEL rules.
- Tenure of Engagement: 15 years, renewable every 5 years on the basis of individual performance and project requirements, or till superannuation at 60 years of age, whichever is earlier.
- Place of Posting: PAN-India project site locations as per company requirement (NCS & RADAR SBU / Ghaziabad Complex).
