✅ BHEL Trichy Trade Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: High School / 10th Pass + ITI Pass as a Regular Full-Time candidate from an NCVT / SCVT-recognized institute. For Welder trade, only NCVT certificate will be considered. Distance / Part-time / Correspondence / Sandwich courses are not eligible.
- Age Limit (as on 01.08.2026): Minimum 18 years and Maximum 27 years.
- SC/ST – 5 years relaxation
- OBC-NCL – 3 years relaxation
- PwD (minimum 40% disability) – 10 years relaxation
- Tamil Nadu Preference: Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from Government-recognized academic institutions located in Tamil Nadu will be given priority. If suitable TN candidates are not available, other candidates may be considered.
- Not Eligible: Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training in any other establishment under the Apprentices Act, 1961.
✅ BHEL Trichy Trade Apprentice Stipend & Facilities 2026:
- Fitter / Electrician / Turner / Machinist / Instrument Mechanic / Motor Mechanic / Mechanic R & AC: ₹11,040 per month
- Welder / COPA: ₹10,560 per month
Facilities: Subsidized food and Hostel facility as mentioned in the notification. Training duration is 12 months from the date of joining.
