- Educational Qualification: Graduate degree from a recognised university in any discipline + CPCT (Computer Proficiency Certification Test) score card + Hindi typing qualification. Candidates without CPCT at the time of selection must clear it within 3 years of probation period after appointment.
- Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026): 18 to 45 years for permanent residents of Madhya Pradesh (PwD special recruitment). Additional relaxations as per Group-2 Sub-Group-4 rules may apply.

Pay Scale: ₹5,200 – 20,200 with Grade Pay of ₹2,100. During probation: 70% of minimum pay in 1st year, 80% in 2nd year, and 90% in 3rd year. Full pay scale benefits after successful completion of probation.
