✅ AAI Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Full-time regular Degree (4-year) / Diploma (3-year) in the relevant discipline from an institution recognized by AICTE / Government of India with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST candidates). Knowledge of AutoCAD is desirable for Civil Engineering posts.
- Passing Year: Candidates who have passed Degree/Diploma on or after 01.04.2022 only are eligible. Final year students awaiting results may also apply (subject to production of certificate at the time of joining).
- Domicile: Candidates must be domicile of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh or UT of Diu and reside nearby the respective airport.
- Age Limit (as on 31.07.2026): Minimum 18 years and Maximum 26 years. Age relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC (NCL) – 3 years.
- Other Conditions: Candidates who have already completed or are pursuing apprenticeship with the same qualification, or have one year or more job experience after attaining the essential qualification, are not eligible.
✅ AAI Apprentice Stipend 2026:
- Graduate Apprentice: ₹15,000 per month
- Diploma Apprentice: ₹12,000 per month
- No other allowances are payable. Training duration is One Year at the allotted airport/establishment. No change in place of training will be permitted.
✅ AAI Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Selection Process:
- Selection based on percentage of marks in the qualifying examination
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview / Document Verification through registered e-mail
- Submission of Certificate of Medical Fitness (from Gazetted Government Medical Officer) and Police Verification Certificate at the time of joining
- Important: AAI has no obligation to offer regular employment after completion of apprenticeship training.
